Excellent customer service. I wanted a specific rose that was out of stock on the website so I filled in the contact form on their website. I had a reply within hours, the stock added to the website, and I was able to order. Rose arrived in great condition with a note saying it had been pruned ready for autumn. Would recommend!

It was the first time I've ordered a rose (or even a plant) by post and I'm mega pleased that I chose C&K Jones for my rose. I've been using their website a lot to choose roses for my wish list for my dream rose garden. It's so comprehensive and importantly it describes the disease resistance for each rose (being stressed about black spot is not what my life is about). I chose the 'Thinking of You' red rose and the purchasing experience was straightforward and I got a text from the courier on the morning of delivery. The box the rose came in was very sturdy and ingeniously designed so it was easy to unpack without damaging the rose. The rose was unharmed by the trip in the postal sustem and it looked so lush and healthy. Much bigger than I was expecting. The pot was wrapped in a clever bag that retained moisture, which worked well (had a little stowaway slug inside so definitely moist - a treat for the birds). Also lots of valuable instructions on caring for the rose too, especially for new gardeners like me! Will recommend to all of my friends and will definitely buy next rose from C&K Jones.

Just received my first rose - totally amazed at how good (a) the packaging was, (b) the rose itself was, ,many buds and one which was just blooming, with a beautiful aroma, and (c) the service from start to finish. I will certainly use them again.

Unable to obtain a specific climbing rose here in Meriden for our daughters memorial. Contacted this company and cannot believe the professional and personal service we received. I have purchased a few roses from here over the summer and have been very satisfied with them, so when I needed a present for a friends 50th Wedding Anniversary I decided on a rose, the lady I spoke to went and looked for a Golden Wedding and a Golden Smiles, she advised me to go for the Golden smiles and promised delivery within a couple of days. It arrived the next day and was beautiful. I was so pleased. It was such a lovely experience, to actually speak to a person who obviously takes great pride in her job. I would thank her personally but I don't know her name. So I am just sending a big thank you to you all.

Just received my rose this morning, and very impressed with the little notes telling me how to care for my rose, so personal. It was boxed up really well and the delivery was brilliant. Will definitely be ordering again.
