Outstanding tutor Our son has been with Janet for almost 18 months in preparation for entrance exams at 11 years, and she has been absolutely outstanding. Most importantly, she is a lovely, friendly lady and he was comfortable with her from the start. She was very astute in assessing on which subject areas he needed to work most. (Janet teaches all the subjects necessary for entrance exams, and is familiar with the various requirements of local independent schools). She has reinforced what he has learned at school and filled in some gaps, and has stretched him to achieve his best without making him feel pushed or stressed in any way. Best of all, Janet has really improved his exam technique and his accuracy in answering questions in a set time. This has helped a lot with school work, which he now rattles off with ease (and without complaining!). Janet is very professional and committed, and goes the extra mile to fit in extra sessions etc as needed. I should recommend her very highly indeed.
